Three shows, three audiences, one mission: to bring high-end, “custom-made” accessories and carpentry to upscale boats. In September, Foresti&Suardi presided over the Cannes, Genoa and Monte Carlo Boat Shows, boasting a positioning that combines precision metalwork, indoor/outdoor furniture and customized technical solutions for shipyards and shipowners. The company, which has been in business for more than 60 years in Predore, on Lake Iseo, showcased offerings ranging from lighting to electrified doors to deck design details.

To each his own

At Cannes, the focus was on furniture design and lighting, with proposals designed to enhance the style and functionality of environments, interior and exterior. An approach consistent with a show that prioritizes aesthetics and usability for premium pleasure boats.

At the Genoa Boat Show, Foresti&Suardi doubled its commitment with two booths, presenting a selection of new products and, above all, the ability to handle “tailor made” carpentry orders , from single pieces to complex machining for special projects. Proof that it is not limited to the catalog but integrates design and customization, dialoguing with shipyards and shipowners.

This is even more important on larger yachts, such as Monaco, where electrified doors, retractable showers, polished stainless steel furnishings with marble and leather inserts, and retractable bollards with a dedicated design were displayed. Each piece is conceived as if it were a commissioned work of art.

When a shower becomes a sculpture

Among the many new products, two products took the stage. Electrified sliding doors 4.0 are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and tempered safety glass. The goal is sturdiness and clean aesthetics. The range includes manual or automatic versions, with silent opening/closing systems and the possibility of connection to on-board home automation. The ability to customize offered by Foresti&Suardi allows for inclusion on new or refit yachts. Following the same philosophy of discretion and sobriety, the pull-out column shower was born. An “invisible” solution when not in use, appearing as a slim polished steel column when not in use. When open, it transforms into a complete shower station that can be tilted up to 90°.
