are today two extremely popular models in the market. For 2024 comes an evolution of the smaller, 67-foot model, which while retaining its elegance and style focuses on a lighter, sleeker line. It is called Cranchi Sixty-seven 67 Corsa and will debut in early 2024.
Cranchi Sixty-seven 67 Corsa
The T-top on the flybridge, so popular with shade lovers, is ecstatically less appealing than a free superstructure at the top. The Sessantasette Corsa goes precisely in this direction and is the Italian answer to the success that sportbriges are having, driven in particular by “made in UK” shipbuilding.
Cranchi Sixty-seven 67 Corsa – Flydeck
The “mini-fly” of the new Cranchi thus conveys a sportier character to the boat, accentuated by certain elements such as the more projecting pulpit compared to the fly version and some red accents that characterize the new model.
Then there is an additional style trait that is the red beauty line Between the live work and the emerged part of the hull. At the same time the red color is then underlined by the word Corsa present in the boat’s logo, as well as some details of the furnishings.
The center of gravity of this hull is the aft cockpit, which is designed as a dehors, with a Mediterranean flavor, as is already evident from the colors and styling. The teak joints are gray while sundecks and seating contrast vertical surfaces in black leather and horizontal surfaces covered in lighter-colored fabrics, with a red bead tying the two tones together. On this version it becomes the social area in which to alternate between meals and relaxation on board. The stern is then completely open to the sea to maximize the relationship with the outside environment. This section is dominated by a sundeck with mattresses at sofa height so as not to obstruct the view. In this sense, as a backrest, there are removable cushions that also function as a backrest.

In terms of supplies, in addition to an expandable table, there is a C-shaped sofa and a dinette with kitchen, refrigerator, icemaker, and hideaway TV, where cooling vents are also located that are useful during hotter hours. Even further aft we find the “beach club” area with mobile platform to simplify boarding and use of water games, stereo speakers and tender garage for a 3.25-meter boat.
In the bow is a second convivial area, a forward cockpit with a sundeck equipped with an adjustable backrest, a sofa facing navigation and two opposing armchairs served by rotatable coffee tables.
Inside the superstructure, still on the deck, we find three rooms: the living room with dinette, hideaway TV, free standing sofa and low table, the fully equipped kitchen, as per Italian style, and the wheelhouse. The command bridge, central, has a captain’s chair and a twin seat. The steering console is equipped with the best that electronics can provide to date, to maneuver the boat and manage all the home automation and entertainment systems.
The living room is in communication with the aft dehors with a glass door, while on the starboard side at the height of the helm station, a door opens to give access to the walkway.
Cranchi Sessantasette 67 Corsa – Sportbridge
All the beauty of sailing with a 360-degree view of the sea with nothing overhead. The allure of the flybridge is worth experiencing firsthand to really understand it. This is equally enjoyable at anchor being set up with an L-shaped sofa and sundeck and is repairable with a shade sail attached to four removable poles, a choice that can also be implemented in the uncovered cockpit area.
The absence of the t-top, in addition to lightening the line, also removes weight on board and improves stability since the center of gravity is lower. The use of carbon fiber in various edge elements also helps in this.
Cabins
Opposite the bridge is access to the below-deck area, which can be chosen in athree- or four-cabin version. The master stateroom is full-beam with a double bed in the middle of the boat and is served by walk-in closet, a living room with armchairs and coffee table (usable as a vanity corner) and for a large bathroom designed with three separate rooms: in fact, the toilets and shower are in separate rooms from the bathroom with the two sinks.
4-cabin layout
Much volume is also devoted, then, to the VIP and guest cabins, both of which have their own bathrooms and double beds. The master stateroom can have an office area, but if it is not needed, a fourth cabin with bunk beds can be opted for. Further aft are accommodations for sailors with two separate beds and a bathroom with shower.
Cranchi 67 Corsa – 3-Cabin Layout
. The Sixty-Seven Corsa is the same, both in terms of propulsion (with IPSs combined with a pair of D13 Volvo Penta 1,000-horsepower apiece) and home automation. However, the lighter weight of this version promises optimized consumption and even better navigation quality.

When we write our tests, we talk about live opera, dead opera, skids and deadrise. All these names, to the most experienced are clear, but not everyone is familiar with the technical jargon. Yet these terms are fundamental to understanding
