Can you go on a cruise with a dinghy? The answer is yes, because this is a type of boat that is evolving greatly, we are seeing wider and wider ones with unthinkable spaces carved out for the interior. So inflatable boats are becoming more spacious and longer, but also driven by increasingly powerful engines (fuoirbord or inboard). The trend among manufacturers is to present higher and higher powers, especially when it comes to maxiribs, such as these three models: the Pirelli 50, the Sacs Rebel 47 Open, and the Sacs Strider 15.
Stepping aboard the Pirelli 50, it is immediately clear how the main objective of the deck plan is to ensure maximum livability and freedom of movement. Starting from the stern we find a sundeck equipped with a pantograph backrest that can transform into a dining area. Going toward the bow we find a dinette with extendable coffee table on both sides made of teak. The bar/kitchen area, covered by the continuation of the hard top, has a wet bar with sink, cooktop with two induction burners, three refrigerators, and icemaker. In short, everything you could need for a day on the sea, and more. In fact, the livability below deck is even greater, as we find as many as two double cabins, one double forward and one with twin beds in the aft area. Giving brightness to the boat’s interior are the portholes. Completing this area is a beautifully designed bathroom, which features a toilet, sink, and an elegant built-in shower. In short, everything you need to be outside for a few days.
Among the most popular maxiribs is definitely him, the Sacs Rebel 47 in open version. The comfortable driving position is very well covered, with the possibility of fitting a modern Hard Top that can be equipped with practical electrically controlled soft top opening. In the stern we find a large and well-equipped cockpit, in both the Outboard and Inboard versions, while the forward area, accessed via two safe and well-protected side walkways, offers a large comfortable and well-detailed sunbathing-relaxation area. But it is in the spaces below deck that we find the real goodies. Excellent height and living space combined with lights and refined design are the outline, forward, of a master dinette-cabin with exceptional volumes, with a super queen-size bed, double closet, and hallway with settee. Then we find a second double cabin positioned aft and the modern bathroom, equipped with a comfortable rain shower and separate toilet. Ready to go?
Aboard the Sacs Strider 15, the feeling of balance and cohesion of the whole prevails. This feeling was achieved through meticulous control of details, accents, and materials. The more pronounced bow right than before characterizes all new Sacs sport hulls, lengthening the waterline and improving performance. Below deck, there is no shortage of space, and we find a large forward master cabin, arranged longitudinally to the hull line, reigning supreme. She is joined by a second double cabin, this one placed instead perpendicular to the other, with a separate full bathroom. There also remains space for a small common area in the hallway. There is no shortage of space here!
